I need to know if there is anywhere to borrow $2,500 even though I have bad credit. I am looking all over the web and the only things I can find are the payday loans, that’s not what I am interested in. You would think with the world at your fingertips something like this would be easy to find, but all I seem to find are usually scams.

I hired Langhorne in September 2007 to represent me and help me settle my outstanding payday loans. They settled 2 of them for me, but when I started asking questions as to the legality of the lenders to get excessive fees, etc., I got letter from the “general counsel” of Langhorne telling me that they could no longer represent me due to my failure to settle the loans. I never said I wouldn’t settle; I just wanted my questions answered! And I found out that one of my loans had been considered paid in full back in December 2007, but Langhorne never told me this! And the worst part of it all is they waited until they got the entire amount I owed them for fees before telling me they could no longer represent me. What should I do? I still need to settle Payday One and Think Cash.
Am I a victim of a phishing scam?

About 3 months ago, I tried to get a few payday loans so I could start up my small home business. I applied for several on the internet but I got turned down by ALL of them since I lacked a banking account and in some cases, I didnt meet requirements. Again, I did not recieve ANY money from anyone or any company. A few weeks ago though (on a friday afternoon), I got a call from a heavily accented man saying I was going to be taken to federal court for fraud and I owed him or his company several thousand dollars and if I did not pay NOW, police would be at my door Monday morning and I would be brought up on federal charges. I hung up, told my mother what happened and she had me call the police. I did so and they said it was a scam but today my mother received a call about it on her phone from a not so accented man and it was an 800 number. Since I never received any money, can i REALLY be taken to court?
HELP!!! possible pay day scam- people trying to get 1600 dollars from me!!!?

pretty much what happened is that they called my cell 2 times and my work number 2 times, so by the second time at work I told them it was me cause like…I don’t want ppl callin me at work ya know…so then this woman started goin on about how it was a law office and I was being recorded and they had a soft file on me and had all my info and my online ip address…and then she said I owed like 1650.00 to this company for fees for payday loans from cash advance america.
And I was like ok…well I don’t recall taking a loan from that company, which I know I didn’t…unless the loans I did take out were companies owned by that company…so anyway she said they sent me tons of emails and I told her I never received any and she said that it didn’t matter bc they had turned the case over to her. And I told her I needed her to either fax or email me something with my info on it stating what was going on and she kept saying she wouldn’t do that and then I said she either had to do that or give me the info for the company so that I could call and speak to them directly and she just transfered me to another guy…and I kept asking ghim the same things but then someone came in and I said id have to call back.
So now I’m freaking out and idk what to do! I know that I didn’t directly take a loan from this comapny, and the loans I did take out have all been repayed, bc they automatically deduct the funds from my account. And not to sound racist or anything, but no one there had an american accent. The area code said it was in florida but you never know….so I guess I could call back the companies I did take loans from and check if I owe them money…idk what else to do! I tried looking up their number online, for like info on them, but nothing came up! And if you are a collections agency wouldn’t your info come up online? Please give me some advice!!!

I need to consolidate bills, both personel and business including the all so awful payday loans! I need to make one monthly payment beside car, rent and utililies. I am more than able to make a payment of $500 per month just to get some relief from these creditors. I am a victim of a loan scam and really am at my wits end. Please give me a LEGITIMATE source of help!

I want to warn everyone who is thinking about getting a payday loan. Please don’t go to United Cash Loans. Here is my story. Last year I was offered a Loan (Sterling, Finche) which turned out to be a scam. I borrowed from United Cash Loans and a few other Payday Loans to get the payment for Sterling Finche (which turned out to be a scam). I was unable to pay the payday loans back (due to the loan scam). I then turned for help to Payday Loan Assistance. I would recommend PDL Assistance to anyone who is having trouble paying their payday loans back.
Now, back to United Cash Loans. Even though PDL assistance has talked to them several times, United Cash Loans still continues to call me 2 times a day/6 days a week. They call at my job and my home. I have told them numerous times not to call me at work, but they continue. I have also told them numerous times that they should be talking to PDL assistance. I have reported them several times to the Federal Trade Commission, and I will continue reporting them every day until they stop calling.
If you need a Payday loan, please go somewhere else….Don’t go to United Cash Loans.

I need one bad……. I know all the kneecap stories. Payday loans are not enough and Prosper won’t touch me.
Had enough of the foreign scam artists too. If I had money to “insure” a loan, I wouldn’t need a loan.
I am a single mother about to be on the streets and starving kids. Work three jobs and it isn’t enough. No family alive to help.
I CAN AND WILL PAY A LOAN BACK BUT NO ONE WILL HELP. I need a big hand now.
P.S. I am widowed so there is no dead beat dad out there to help either. Really need help.

i currently have 5 payday loans that i can not afford to pay back. at this point i owe $2300 and i cant afford it right now. i am also 7 months pregnant and i dont know what to do anymore because soon i will be on maternity leave and will only be getting 60% of my paycheck. i tried to apply for loans, but i cant get approved because i have bad credit and the ones that say they help people with bad credit are scams. does anyone know what i can do? i am very worried about my wages being garnished.

I have come across an emergency and need to take out a payday loan QUICKLY. Im getting really frustrated because everytime i fill one out i get so many emails and it turns out being a third party instead of the actual lender. I want to get past all the bullshit and just find a direct lender!!! i already know that payday loans are bad but this is an emergency and im willing to deal with the fees becasue of it. Can anybody suggest one to me were i can REALLY get a loan fast and not be directed to a whole bunch of other sites. And please dont post any spam about how your name is “soandso” and i can email this person for a loan application and all that. I know its a scam. Like that Musa isa guy or whatever his name is. thank you
