A few months back i was having some financial difficulties. I looked into quite a few payday lenders but never ended up getting one because i got really frustrated how they all were 3rd parties trying to hook me up with lenders. Long story short…i never got a pay day loan from anyone. Well today i get a call at my job from some guy with an indian accent telling me that he is from the State Attorney Office and hes letting me know that he has a case against me and and and afadavit. Basically he read off a bunch of criminal charges against me including solciting funds online and money laundering and said that i am being sued by Instacash and when im found guilty will face a fine of 9000 dollars, lose my job, and face jail time. He said its because i didnt pay back the lender. IM like WTF i never got any money and he told me not to interrupt him while he read the charges. Then after i asked him for a number to call and he said he couldnt give the clients information but he gave me a number to reach him and said his name is Ron Williams. Is this a scam or for real? can this really happen? Ive never got any money from this place and i cant be having him calling my job and threatening. What is going to happen?
the phone number he gave was 805-500-4567

What are some legit payday/cash advance lenders? Please take time to read ALL of the below info, correctly.?
Please read ALL the following info, correctly. I don’t want anyone to say something ignorant or ask me a question that is already stated in this. Thank you!!!
I am very depressed right now. I start college in 5 days (Saturday), but I have to be on campus on this Friday for check in into my apartment. The problem is I don’t have $560, the money I need for first month’s rent. I was late to orientation the week b4 last so I couldn’t check in or register 4 classes. Students have to register for classes BEFORE they can be eligible for a rent deferment. So I expected to have the financial aid office defer my rent for 2 months, but I wasn’t able to register for classes b/c i was late to registration. Saying all of this I need to know, where can I get a legit cash advance, payday loan, emergency loan, or something of the like FAST (like by this Thursday-3 days away) w/o having a job or proof of income. I tried different payday lenders but they seem phony ( http://www.fast-advance.net, maxoutloan.com, Comstock Funding, etc.) After I completed the applications, it led me to some other payday advertisements that i didn’t want to sign up for. I think they were scams.
payday lenders getting on my nerves….?
I have come across an emergency and need to take out a payday loan QUICKLY. Im getting really frustrated because everytime i fill one out i get so many emails and it turns out being a third party instead of the actual lender. I want to get past all the bullshit and just find a direct lender!!! i already know that payday loans are bad but this is an emergency and im willing to deal with the fees becasue of it. Can anybody suggest one to me were i can REALLY get a loan fast and not be directed to a whole bunch of other sites. And please dont post any spam about how your name is “soandso” and i can email this person for a loan application and all that. I know its a scam. Like that Musa isa guy or whatever his name is. thank you
