i currently have 5 payday loans that i can not afford to pay back. at this point i owe $2300 and i cant afford it right now. i am also 7 months pregnant and i dont know what to do anymore because soon i will be on maternity leave and will only be getting 60% of my paycheck. i tried to apply for loans, but i cant get approved because i have bad credit and the ones that say they help people with bad credit are scams. does anyone know what i can do? i am very worried about my wages being garnished.

I have come across an emergency and need to take out a payday loan QUICKLY. Im getting really frustrated because everytime i fill one out i get so many emails and it turns out being a third party instead of the actual lender. I want to get past all the bullshit and just find a direct lender!!! i already know that payday loans are bad but this is an emergency and im willing to deal with the fees becasue of it. Can anybody suggest one to me were i can REALLY get a loan fast and not be directed to a whole bunch of other sites. And please dont post any spam about how your name is “soandso” and i can email this person for a loan application and all that. I know its a scam. i received a loan and they direct depoisted the amount into my checking account. i had it set up for them to refinance one time and then take out the whole amount. at the time the whole amount was taken out my account did not have sufficent funds so it overdrew my account and then the money was returned and i was charged a fee by my bank. now the company is taking out different amounts $100 $200 ect and i never authorized anything but the the one refinance and the whole amount. are they allowed to continue to take money out of my account that was not authorized because i did not pay the whole amount?? i read that this company is a scam but i don’t want to do anything legal until i know if they are actually allowed to do this. also, there is NO contact information for the company! i don’t have any information about how much i paid towards the amount i owed ect. i am so stupid for even doing this in the first place but i need some advice!

I need a legitimate source that deals with high risk loans and past bankruptcies. I do not want any payday loans. thanks
