I am not talking about PayDay Loans or Online Lenders (SCAM), I am talking about actual Loan Sharks. If they do exist, how do you go about finding them? I need help now & am willing/able to pay the interest they will charge. Please, do not reply to this question if all you have to say is something negative. I understand the risk. I have bad credit and need a Loan for $7,5000 but I don’t want payday loans or lending scam responses. I’ve been trying to find a legit website or an honest lender that can provide a non-secure loan for $7,500, I have a good job and willing to pay interest (reasonable interest). Does anyone know of such lenders that can Truly help out and not rip you off like the payday loan sharks or scam lenders?

i received a loan and they direct depoisted the amount into my checking account. i had it set up for them to refinance one time and then take out the whole amount. at the time the whole amount was taken out my account did not have sufficent funds so it overdrew my account and then the money was returned and i was charged a fee by my bank. now the company is taking out different amounts $100 $200 ect and i never authorized anything but the the one refinance and the whole amount. are they allowed to continue to take money out of my account that was not authorized because i did not pay the whole amount?? i read that this company is a scam but i don’t want to do anything legal until i know if they are actually allowed to do this. also, there is NO contact information for the company! i don’t have any information about how much i paid towards the amount i owed ect. i am so stupid for even doing this in the first place but i need some advice!

I need a legit place that will give a loan to a person who has had credit problems and wants to pay off some payday loans and get back on track. I don’t want to have to pay for it, I want a legitimate place that loans to people with poor credit.
Ok loan requests where you have to send an e-mail to someone is a SCAM!!!!! So scam artists, stop making up contacts and replying to this question as if these “fake” people got a loan. If you have to pay for a loan in order to receive it, then guess what it is a SCAM!!!!!

I have a payday loan I want to pay off with this company and I can’t find the address for them and they just keep taking cash from my checking acct. every 2 weeks and don’t e-mail or call me to make arrangements for a pay-down or pay-off, which I know is a scam and that is why I want to get them paid off and their hands out of my cash… Thanks for any information anyone has on this company. I expect there is at least one more “name” this company hides under so it is hard for someone like myself to find them on a web site, so if anyone knows other names please let me know, I REALLY want to get this issue resolved quickly…. I’ve tried alot of these speedy loans and bad credit loans and citibank and am coming up with nothing. I don’t want to have to pay for anymore loanfinders and I’ve even ran into a scam or two. Somebody please give me some advice. And no payday loans either! Please!
