Anyone have any trouble with the new advance america line of credit?

I get my money orders at advance america and on occasion a pay-day loan. Last time i went in a made the comment that their rates went up, but they said they now offer a line of credit where you pay $50 as the first payment and all the interest is tacked onto the second payment. Do you only make 2 payments total? How much more expensive is it than a normal payday loan?

I saw this on their website:

Line of Credit Fee / APR ** – - – - $125.00
365.00% $150.00
365.00% $175.00
365.00% – - –
** The fee represents interest on the maximum amount you could obtain under the line of credit assuming a 25 day billing cycle, ACH authorization, and that the maximum amount is outstanding at the end of a billing cycle.

But i dont know what exactly that means for me if i would get say a $400 line of credit?

what are the terms and conditions of an extended payment plan at Advance America?

I took out a payday loan at Advance America for $250. I entered into the extended payment plan that they offer. Which is an easier way to pay back the loan. I paid $70 for 2 months and the third month I had some personal issues going on and was out of town and unable to contact or visit the store to discuss this with the people in the store, like it would have made a difference anyways. I just come back into town and checked my bank account. They have deposited the check for $280 into my account. I would like to know how they can charge me this if I have already paid $140. The interest payment on this loan is normally $30 a month.( I am on disability and draw a monthly check)

Does anyone know the site for filing a claim for the class action suit in Pennsylvania against Advance America?

I received a post card in the mail regarding the class action suit against Advance America for Pennsylvania residents who took a payday loan from them and were charged exorbitant rates. I lost the postcard and can’t find any information about this suit, only the one in Georgia. Anyone know where I can go?
